Notepad++ é um programa grátis, do tipo bloco de notas - Mas que tem inúmeras funcionalidades mais expansivas que o nosso bloco de notas. Ele permite a programação de várias linguagens.

Este projecto é baseado em num componente para editor de texto, o Scintilla, programado em em C++ com pura api win32 e STL (o que garante alta velocidade de execução em poucos recursos consumidos).
